August is not a good month in astrology...then again, July wasn't either.

Damn skippy! Though this last month has been rough for everyone I know who's coupled, regardless of sign. WAY glad to be single now.

If you are single, your last episode with your rocky relationship occurred - or started - around March 3 of this year. Before that, troubles may even extend back as far as September 7, 2006, or even earlier, March 14, 2006.

I'm kind of baffled as to "my last episode with my rocky relationship" when I'm single.

Whatever your situation, brace for new developments on the next eclipse in your romantic house, set to come next month on September 11. However, before that happens, you will have a lunar eclipse on August 28.

Meh, I'm not counting on anything happening there.

This is not likely to be a gentle eclipse, so all sorts of information may come shooting up like a geyser and this month will center on a friendship. You may wish later that you didn't know all that you learn now. Uranus will oppose Mercury, and Saturn will stay close to the Sun. Both these aspects give me pause. Something's up, and not much of it (if any) looks positive. Still, eclipses bring information you need to make sense of things, so even if you get jarring news about a friend, be glad to have the truth. You may see a friend leave your life, say, because he is about to move away, or find out a friend was not the friend you thought she was to you. There are many possibilities. You may have an altercation with a group - say, the tenants board, or the management of a club you belong to - and this seems to have the power to be disillusioning. I am so sorry to have to report this, dear Taurus. I hope I am wrong about this.

Well, my best friend is moving to Oklahoma and two more friends are going to Ireland for a quarter, all this month, and another one's going to Burning Man. So...not a surprise there that people are at least temporarily taking off.

The saving grace is that if you were born near April 26 you will feel this eclipse more, but will benefit from what you learn most, too.

Otherwise, eep.

That won't necessarily stop untoward news, but it can help clear the air and solve certain mysteries. Mercury rules your love life, so with Uranus in opposition to Mercury in tight mathematical degree, there is likely to be sudden, even weird, news that you'd never expect involving a romantic relationship.

Again, I think that one kinda already happened with other people.

Scorpio:

You have now reached a pivotal part of the year, where true change can take place on several levels. These shifts won't be cosmetic changes that only exist on the surface, but true transformations. Life will begin to look and feel very different. Although friends will think it all happened overnight, your new lifestyle will represent lots of reflection and hard work that you put in behind the scenes over months or years. It will be gratifying to see such enormous progress now.

If you felt in recent months that you've been walking through glue, the second half of 2007 should please you. The pace will pick up and although all the coming months will be important, August and September will stand out, because at this time you will turn a corner.
